I was hung up on for asking about tires. I got a flat tire last night so this morning after I got done changing my flat tire I called here at 8am. A man answered I told him the size of the tire I needed and he asked what brand I wanted. I said that I have no preference, any brand would be fine. I asked which brands are mid range. He said he didn’t know so I said fine then I’ll just take Michelin. He said which ones I said defender and then he hung up on me. Just poor customer service he could have easily asked for a year, make, and model or just simply be knowledgeable about the product you’re selling. I buy tires every 4/5 YEARS you work here EVERY DAY and you know nothing?! My tires were already running low on tread so I was looking to buy an entire set of four tires but I won’t be buying from here. Before you think about spending hundreds of dollars go check out another tire shop because this one does not deserve your money!

Life saver! Amazing customer service! Was able to get my tire same day at UNBEATABLE price compared to 8 other shops I called. Only 2 were able to get a tire but almost double the price. Literal life saver! Customer for life going forward.

We were from out of town (SC) and unfortunately, got a flat tire 😞 We called around and found a tire at a different tire shop made a deposit and showed up at our scheduled appointment time only to be told that the warehouse had CANCELLED the delivery of my tire. In addition, the mechanics at that particular shop had gotten into a physical altercation while disgruntled customers were sitting and waiting for their vehicles to be serviced. My son & daughter in love immediately got on the phone trying to find a another tire repair shop and after speaking with the extremely PROFESSIONAL MANAGER we were told that not only could he get us the tire but he could definitely replace it that day‼️ We headed over to Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers and they waisted no time replacing my tire. They even put my spare back under my van. The manager was very polite and extremely accommodating. Had it not been for Monro Auto Service we may have missed the event that we travel 🧳 all this way to attend. THANK YOU

Don’t look elsewhere and check this location out. Moved and new to Jersey. If you want honest consultation, this is a one stop shop. I walked in to get an oil change, but there were issues w/ my rotors heavily distressed. Kevin the manager, hospitable and honest ROCKSTAR came to rescue. Not only was everything smoothly resolved, he worked w/ me on the finances and was very honest. Also for changing my license plate on the house. Thanks guys, you guys are appreciated.
